Kids love to do stupid things.
Sometimes ... a lot.
But ... growing up ... we forget doing that.
... even if we might still want it.
So ... maybe we just do it ... by accident.
Unfortunately ... we don't dare doing it .... because we limit ourselves too much.
... much too much.
We become ... too dogmatic.
... following the rules.
The funny thing is that ... fortunately i still see people ... daring to do things which the others never dare .... not even to think about.
And ... i smile.
I find all those people ... being even motivational examples.
... for me and the rest of us.
I see some .... daring to quit their jobs ... for the idea of opening a business which looks so, so illusory.
I see some ... daring to make love in the underground parking of the mall ... with a colleague from work, while the
spouse is at shopping.
I see someone ... living the actual life and going into a humanitarian mission in Africa.
I see .... lots of other weird examples.
All ... looks ... like a nonsense.
Like a real ... stupid thing.
Done ... in continuous form.
Just like the ones being under the dominance of a certain addictions.
But this time it really is about something else.
We most probably speak about the addiction ... for adrenaline.
... chasing for something to make us feel alive.
If it is possible ... even everyday.
Acting exactly like kids.
And ... still ... even if we don't think about it ... consciously ... we know that all what we are doing has a price.
Even ... a huge one.
But ... maybe fortunately ... we agree that maybe we'll be forced to pay a huge price for all we're doing.
We might lose the well paid job ... for an illusory business ... and end up being bankrupt.
We might end up being caught by the spouse ... while cheating for the sake of adrenaline ... in the parking from mall.
We might lose all our connections and opportunities from the place we live ... for the sake of starting an adventurous life .... in that mission in Africa.
But .... on the other hand doing all those things ... we could have not survived.
Yes ... life itself should be too boring.
Much too boring.
So ...
What is the best to do?!
Not take any risks?!
Play always ... in the safe mode?!
Disconnect from the addiction for adrenaline?!
Convince ourselves to stop doing stupid things?!
I believe .... maybe the truth is in the middle.
And ... we should allow ourselves sometimes ... to do stupid things.
... even if it is risky.
Allow in fact ourselves ... to feel alive.
... but maybe just ... with limits.
And ... not so often we might want to do it.
But maybe all i am saying .... is like ...yes, it is ok to consume copyright at a party so that you have fun ... but only in very limited quantities ... and never do it often.
Maybe ... i am saying stupid things.
.... like always.
